Tower Bellaguarda. Vijia old tower, now next to a picturesque park, the
neighborhood of Bellaguarda (the oldest district of the existing Altea).
Church of N Ms. Consuelo. The main church
of Altea, is the best known, with its
two domes that delight the tourists, as well as the emblem par excellence for
the local alteano and are called "the dome of the Mediterranean"
for its beauty and splendor.
Old Town. Along with the Church, is the old town, popularly
known as the Fornet. This is one of the most beautiful areas of the town of Altea. Enjoys the many
viewing points as it is at the top of a hill. As well as enjoy a pleasant
evening dining at one of the many restaurants that are there or just a drink
enjoying the culture of fishing village, that is so well preserved Altea with
its whitewashed houses, flowers and cobbled streets .

building you can admire a Picasso etching or enjoy a magnificent opera with the
soprano Ainhoa Arteta, see a play or simply accompany artist Julio Iglesias, at
one of his concerts.
Promenade. Place where you can stroll,
enjoying a nice sea breeze in one of the many terraces, as well as restaurants
and pizzerias.
The village
municipality, is home to the remains of a castle and church of Our Lady
of Consolation. Beach, seafront and port are the main attributes for tourists.
In addition, Altea has the honor of being associated with important
personalities (such as artists, politicians, singers, etc..) Being one of the
most beautiful towns on the Costa Blanca and Spain in general.
