Santa Pola Festivals

The festivities of Santa Pola reflect the spirit of its people and the folk tradition. The history of Santa Pola, the seafaring tradition, is deeply linked to the sea, so their holidays surround it.

During Holy Week, the city streets are witness to the various processions by the different brotherhoods. At the same time, in the courtyard of the castle-fortress, weapons are installed at the Medieval Market.

March

The MiG: Moors and Christians have the first or second weekend of March as a prelude to the Fiesta de Moros y Cristianos, which is held half a year later, in September.
