Club Torrevieja Handball
This is the
institution’s most important sport in Torrevieja. The handball club is
currently in the Asobal League, or the Spanish first division league in
handball. It has just over 1400 members, and the arena is the Palacio de
Deportes Infanta Cristina SAR, which has a capacity of 4,500 spectators.
Torrevieja Football Club
Based at the Estadio
Vicente Garcia de Torrevieja, it is currently in Group IV of the Third
Division. This team is supported by an association called Torry Army. This
association is comprised of a majority of British citizens who meet to attend
matches and support the players.
Tennis Club Torrevieja
The tennis club is located
in the west of the city, in the urbanization of Los Balcones, with slopes of
cement and gravel.
The creation of the
ice palace. Track tiered hockey teams. 10 new tennis centers with a capacity of
over 1700 people.

center for 180 spectators.

This is where members are taught lessons in sailing, rowing, etc. Its teams have been successful at both provincial and national levels
